NOTE: Due to limitations of the Android Method beginning in Android four.4, you won't be able to make use of your tablet for Google Voice support. It will only be feasible to make use of Google Voice on a tool that has SMS functionality. This is due to the new SMS API's included with KitKat & setting up a default SMS application, which cannot be completed on a tablet.
